Closing Sides 2004

The Captain and Pro gave the President and Gary Johnstone a good dusting, but it was the President's team who were the victors by 10 -7. A typically boozy and enjoyable meal was held afterwards. Below is a typical view of the Captain from the assembled members. Click to remove alcoholic haze !!.

Gary picked up both the Kennaugh Troph and Scratch Salver. Alan Conduit won the President's Putter but was on holiday so Pete Wright collected it on Digger's behalf. Brian Boughey and Gary collected the honours in the Fourball Knockout.

It was announced that Phil Hetherington will be President in 2005, and that Brain Foden will be Vice Captain. Congratulations to them both.
