The Captain wishes to thank everyone who attended the nearest the pin presentation which was won by Bob Pinder who now has an extra £47 on his club bar card.
As reminder there is a separate Nearest the PIN Competition run by the Captain. 10% of the money goes to the Captains Charity and the rest goes on the bar card of the winner. The award is done each Saturday evening at 6.30pm and he encourages members to attend.
The Captain also wishes to thank Sean Hall for becoming his Vice Captain and is looking forward to their partnership this year.
Another reminder is the formal award to the winner of the competitions in a month are done on the first Friday of the following month. For April competitions the winners will awarded their prize and where applicable Trophy on the 5th May. This is the coronation weekend and the Monday (8th) is a Bank Holiday.
