A cracking turnout for the New Years’ Day traditional Captains' Drive In.

First up was our Lady Captain Wendy Harrison, 141 yards splitting the fairway.  Next up was our Captain Harry Sexton.  302 yards on to the 2^nd fairway.  Possibly the longest ever Captains’ Drive In? 

Thank you to everyone who took part in the guess the yardage competition, £191 was raised for the Captains’ Charity which this year is the Christie.

Both the Ladies’ and Gent's AGM's took place last week with the new Captains being elected.

Congratulations to Wendy Harrison and Harry Sexton for starting their years as Lady Captain and Captain.

Bob Anderson has also taken over as President and Harrison Peck as Vice Captain.

Each number costs only £5 per month, paid via monthly direct debit or standing order.  Half of all proceeds go towards Club funds and the other half shared out in prizes.
