Dear Ladies,
I would just like to tell you what a wonderful day I had on Tuesday, and thank you for the support and generosity of the ladies with your lovely cards, words and flowers. I have displayed them at home.
I had feared the worst as regards thunderstorms, but the sun shone and it was a beautiful day. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
