WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The club needs additional funds to pay for part of the cost of the forthcoming golf course drainage works and we are grateful to those of you who have already made a donation or pledge towards this.
We are also planning to submit an application to an organisation called FCC Communities Foundation for a grant towards the cost, that will be dependent on us being able to demonstrate that the proposed work has the support of our local community.
We are hoping to do this by way of a short online survey, which we are asking people in the local community to complete. This is targeted specifically at those who are not members of the club but play golf there as member guests or visitors, or use the course for walking - either on the public footpaths or generally when it is available for exercise during Covid-19 restrictions.
A link to the survey has been posted on the club’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages and will be publicised as widely as we can in the next 2 weeks, with a completion deadline date of 14 February 2021.
To make the survey a success, we need as many club members as possible to help us, by asking local non-member spouses, children, friends etc., to complete the survey as soon as they can and before 14 February.

Please take time to think of as many people you know that can do this and contact them to ask for their support. They can access the survey via the above social media or directly by using the above link. The survey is completely anonymous and only takes 2 minutes to complete.
This is an important step towards what could generate a significant amount of valuable funds for the club – we are counting on you!!
