Alderley Edge Golf ClubOur Ladies open day was on June 29th. We welcomed 8 teams of four from other clubs and the competition was a Better Ball Stableford with 2 to count. The event seemed to go very well, all the teams who came said they enjoyed it. They reported finding the course " very pretty but tricky!!" We could have told them that!! They also raved about the halfway house. Well done bakers, great cakes! The winning score was 85 and the runners up had 77 by teams from Breithmat and Bolton.
Booking is already open for next years AEGC Ladies Open on June 27th, we have some return bookings already entered. The raffle for the captain's charity, Diabetes UK raised over £400.
