The day's golf was served with the hottest and most humid weather of the year so far. This did nothing however to perturb the extremely close high scoring winners.
Winning The Day with a cracking score of 39 points and his name adorned on the board is Paul Rowley

3rd - Gary Johnstone - 38 (card play-off)
4th - JP Rowley - 38 (card play-off)
5th - Richard Lawson - 38 (card play-off)
The Ladies Stableford Competition was won by Janette Smith with 26 points
The prizes today for nearest the pins was very generously funded by our Mr President today - Cheers Bob.
Nearest to the pin #15 our very own Mr Captain - Harry Sexton
Nearest to the pin in 2 #18 - Andy Stokes
There were 16 two's sharing £85.50 - £5.34 per two.
Also the competition for most pitch-mark repairs was won by Andy Mundy with 46 - that’s an average of 2.5 per hole. Cracking effort Andy. Maybe we should have a similar bunker raking competition next week!!!!
